The welcome reception takes place at Tipsy Unicorn on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, 5.30pm to 8.30pm. This is the evening before the Main Conference commences the next day. Please collect your conference badge beforehand and show it for entry (Main or Passport only).

During the reception, we will serve snacks buffet and drinks amidst live music in a dazzling beach club nestled in the most vibrant part of Sentosa. Get a head-start on catching-up with friends, meeting new people, and making connections at a memorable event to kick off the conference with a bang!

From the Resorts World Station nearby the conference venue, take the Sentosa Express monorail (free of charge) to the Beach Station, followed by a short walk (Google Maps direction).

This event is a special evening exclusive access to the Universal Studios Singapore (USS) on Thursday, 16 May 2024, 7pm to 11pm. Access is already included in the Main Conference or Passport registration. Please bring your badge to the USS entrance.

Attendees who purchased the upgrade to sit-down dinner, will be served with a banquet that begins at 8.30pm at the "New York, New York" area of USS.

Other attendees will receive meals and drinks vouchers that can be used at the F&B outlets within USS.

During this evening special, a subset of popular attractions and rides will be open to attendees to enjoy, while networking with fellow conference participants.

Note that the regular USS day pass, which grants access to all attractions/rides during regular daytime hours, can be purchased separately, but it does not grant access to this evening special.
